To improve Arab women’s position, we need to unit together our strength through this women international association. Leadership in a society is similar to the leadership in the family that mostly role by women, weather men were present or absent. As we realize from developed nations that every successful society, women behind it; and the nature of Arab women’s leadership as it was in the past should be brought to light.
