بالسلم سنواصل ولن نهداء حتى نستعيد بلادنا وحضارتنا ويعود لكل ذى حق حقه فى وطنه وبين اهله لمن يوجهون العدى على من عاداهم. لم يتأكد لنا بالضبط من , من يحكمنا!!!, نعرف اننا تابعين, ولكن لماذا؟ الاتفاقات والمتفقين او عبامه من امريكا يتواصلون متفقين علينا, من غيرنا, ومن غير الاخذ باعتبار الشعب اليمنى فى الساحات ومن دون اعتبار لسيل دمائهم , وكاننا لسنا من بنى البشر. المشترك اليمنى لن يعترفون بقوه الشعب واحترام وقفته التضاهريه وتضحياته فهم غائبون وعندما يتكلمون بكلمات متقاطعه وجمل ناقصه لا يشملون جهود الشارع اللذى اوصلنا الى هنا باعتراف واضح وكانهم عموما لايولون الشعب اهميه اكثر من انفسهم فما فائده الدم والتغير اذا....!! اذا كانوا من امثالهم من سينقض على السلطه؟ ثم انهم لن يأتون بشيى خلال الالعشر سنوات الاخيره ويتركون البلد تتوغل فى ايدى المهاترات والتسميات الهزليه والمصالح الخارجيه. بناء الدوله والبلدان لن يتأتى من غير اشراك الشعب كل الشعب والتحامه ووحدته. انظروا الى امثله: كا اندنوسيا, الصين واليابان والهند كيف بنوا بلدانهم ركزوا على التعليم واشركوا المواطنين عامه. الهند كانت مستعمره مثلنا ولكن حكومتهم استدركت الةضع بالعمل الدؤب. نحن من نستحق القرار على انفسنا. نقدر ان غالبيه الناس فينا لا يعلمون ان هذا الحد اللذى يروه وان القائمين عليها فقط يجمعون اموال وقروض اجنبيه على ذمه اليمنى ويستخدم رجالنا لحمايتهم وهم ينهبونه. ويسيؤن للوطن حتى سجلونا كاعرب واستبدلوا السعيده ياعرب ببلد الارهاب والبندقيه لكى يستلمون ملاين الدولارات والعتاد الحربى لقتل اراده اليمنى والعربى ويذل ليتسنى لهم حكمه. ومن هنا انصح شبابنا اليمنى وشبابنا العربى ابناء الجزيره والخليج العربى وعامه العرب ابناء الامه الواحده كاشعب واحد بان يتحدوا لانجاز امورهم وبناء انفسهم من خلال تنظيماتهم المحليه والقطريه اذا ما ارادوا الحكم الذاتى المستقل البعيد من امهاترات بايدى شركات رأس المال العالمى وحراسه من الدول الكبرى والبنك الدولى اللذينهم ايضا يوظفون ابنائنا لمصالحهم ضد مصالحنا.

العربى لا ينتظر الصدقات, بل يزرع ويقلع, العربى من صدر وسوف يظل يصدر عصور التنوير, والعلم, والثراء طريى يعيش منه العالم كل يوم. ارفع رأسك يا عربى وارفع المقام, انت ارفع واقدر مما خيل لك ان تكون وشعبك. فاين الغلط ودولتك لن ترسخ هذا الزخم الهائل فى الوطن!!!!! من هو الغلطان؟ الشعب ام الدوله؟؟ اين الغلط ؟ وهل انت الاقوى يا شعب العرب ام حفنه المحمين بيدك وبمال خبزك؟ ومن من غيرك يتصدق عليهم بايه قليل او كثير يتحكم ويحكمك. لما الشعب اراد قولا, قاتلوه غير عابهين . كانهم لا يعرفونكم, وقد يكون حقا لا يعرفون شعوبهم ولا يعترفون بهم: لن يتعرف على حاجاتكم من خلال الدوران او زيارات بسلوك عمر. لم ينتظرون منك يا شعب رأى اوان تبحث على المخلص الذكى فيهم المحقق لرغباتك. فهم يفعلون بك ما يفعلون بدون حساب او اطلاع بك لتقعده على كرسى الحكم, هم من يرغموك قصرا عليك. لن تكون ياشعب الا بمن تكون وتصير.

كونوا حكومتكم ياشباب واصلوا بذكر اسماء المحافظات ولا تنسوا سقطراء كل شبر من ارض بلقيسصوت. مطلب واحد "رحيل فورى للرئيس واعوانه" رفعتم شان اليمن ياشباب كنت لوحدى والان انتم معى بكم افتخر امكم اليمن القضيه قضيه مصير للامه. وما يتم هو اضعاف العرب متفردين بهم بجعلهم يعيشون غوغائياتهم الداخليه والتنابز بالالقاب بينهم لتوصيلهم لدرجه هم لقمه العيش وهذا ما نراه يتم بالتعاون مع هذه الحكومات الفرديه الضعيفه عالميا ليتمكنوا وشركات رؤس الاموال من حكم الامه ومواصله سرق ثرواتها. شباب اليمن معتمدين على انفسهم رغم كل المعطيات. مطالبه التغير للشعوب حق مشروع • فمن بسلاح اعدائه يقتل اهل بلده ردا لطلب المشروع فهو خائن. وارجو من ابناء اليمن المتضاهرين ذكر جزيره سقطراء المنسيه المظلومه وارجو اشراك اهلها مع ترديد ذكر جمله محافظات وانحاء الوطن لتربكم فى التظاهرات. حاجه واحده ياشباب لا يخفاكم حصر الشهداء من حروب الخائن واعوانه ليقاس مع عمل الارهاب من ارض سباء الى اخواننا فى السعوديه والخليج , الى أسره العرب اخوانى الاعزاء ان ما هو خير وافظل لفر من افراد الاسره الواحد خير وسلام على كامل الاسره فارجو مناصره الحق وتصحيح مسار اليمن وتايد شباب الثوره والتغير , ولا شك انهم يقفون الى جانبكم فى الاستقرار وما هو فى خير وسلامه الامه. ام العرب ارض سباء مع التيحه

للتاريخ , السلاح والغاز اللذى قتل ابنئنا فى الخليج واليمن لم يقل الرئيس الامريكى عبامه من اين اتى السلاح ومن موله كما صرح على مصدر اسلحه تقتل اهلنا فى سورياء, على انه من "ايران" كما قال. او ان القضيه هى قضيه الجهات التى يقدم القاتل منها وسلاحه للانقضاض علينا نحن العرب؟؟؟ حتى لا نرى الاعلام يهتم بالقتلى من عرب الخليج واليمن ولن يفصحون من اين اتى السلاح ويعاقبون القتله ومن اين تمويله. ثم هل يحق للقائد ان يقتل شعبه المسالم لمجرد مطالب مشروعه لسيادته ؟؟؟؟؟؟ والى ايه مدى يحق للقائد العربى ان يقتل الشعب ويهدم حقه فى السيادته ؟؟؟؟" اكيد سياتى اليوم اللذى يكون فيه دم العربى غالى ويساوى دم قاتله" .

The influential Arab thinkers include Avicenna (Arabic Ibn Sina), Averroes (Arabic Ibn Rushd) and Ibn Khaldun just to mention a few. When the Arabs dominated Spain, the Arabic philosophical literature was translated into Hebrew and Latin; this has contributed to the development of modern European philosophy. The Arab people have revolted first against the Ottoman rule and later against the European domination. But unfortunately when the Arabs got rid of foreign domination, they fell victim to local dictatorial regimes and despotic dynastic rule. The Arab people are still downtrodden and suffer from gross injustice and oppression. Today, the Arab people are struggling for social progress, and for their right to free and fair elections, freedom of express, freedom of the press and freedom of assembly and movement. The Arab people wish to revive their traditional “shura” system which is a system based on people’s councils or consultative councils. In the past, the people used to elect their elite dignitaries to represent them in these people’s councils. The recent uprisings that have shaken the Arab countries is an expression of age-old people’s anger that accumulated and built up over the years. In each and every Arab country, there is a dynasty or a ruling party that sticks to power as a tick sticks to the body of the animal it sucks its blood. Participation in the system of government under such ruling parties and despotic dynasties is only open to those who pledge loyalty and allegiance to them and anyone dissenting or in disagreement with them is excluded. The prisons in the Arab countries are filled with innocent Arab citizens who dared to raise their voices or demanded their human rights. No dissenting voice or opposition is tolerated in the entire Arab countries. The Arab countries can be likened to a big prison without ceiling or open from above. There is a great need for a democratic transformation in the Arab countries and the soonest this is achieved the best. But this cannot happen by fiat or by a wishful thinking. The introduction of transformations requires a lot of work and serious steps and bold initiatives and carefully thought out plans. The Arab citizens at home and abroad, who are dissatisfied with the present situation and state of affairs back home, are called upon to get together and unite their scattered voices. Imagine if the Arabs unite their scattered voices, what a great voice that would be, and remember “unity is strength”. and “United we stand, divided we fall”.- 2 - The party required to lead the caravan is the intellectuals or the intelligentsia, business people, the youth or the rising generation , the students and women. If every one plays his/her role a lot can be accomplished within a short period of time. It is therefore necessary that every effort must be made in order to forge ahead so as to bring about a concrete and noticeable change. It is unwise for us to sit back and watch. Every Arab citizen who has a sense of duty or who has a feeling of responsibility towards his people and his country must get involved in discussions and bring forward ideas that are practicable and beneficial to the cause of the Arab people. In order to move forward and avoid a relapse, we have to elect the best among us to be our new future leaders. And in order to succeed in our new endeavor, we must make sure that no opportunist, or profiteer or self-seeker or a corrupt politician sneaks among us. This is because if such people assume power, they will be more harm than good and they will undermine our people’s just cause and struggle for progress and betterment. Those who hold the reins of government for us must be clean to the core. They must be men and women who give priority to the interests of the people and nation before their personal interests. Our new future leaders must be able and determined to bring about real and tangible change as expeditiously as possible. As the saying goes, “Time and tide wait for no man.” The winds of change have already blown in many Arab parts of the Arab world. وهل حكام العرب مؤاهلين وعلى قدر المسؤليه والحكمه؟ وهل يلزمنا تأهيل؟

من خلال الاستعمار القديم والحديث بنيت الدوله العربيه الضعيفه التى ينقصها المقومات الاساسيه للدوله الحديثه القائمه بذاتها المستقل والقادره على مجارات العصر وتلبيه طلبات ابناها. ان الاعتلاء العشوائى لسلطه مفروضه على الشعب بات مرفوضا سياسيا واقتصاديا . اننا نرى التمسخر بالشعب والتلاعب به بكل الطرق الى تدرجه تقسيم الارض والانسان وتغريبه من نفسه وطبعه. والتسلح يزداد لقتلكم من داخلكم والكل يعلم هذا, ولكن لمن يكون الولاء؟ هل الولاء يكون للمصير الاكبر, أم لمصالح أفراد وشركات اعمال واموال؟

وهل من أعطيوا الفرصه من حكام العرب مؤاهلين وحكماء ؟
واذا ما كانوا محتاجين لبنيه بشريه لقيام الدوله القادره والحديثه, فلماذا لم يفعلوا خلال الستين عاما الماظيه ؟ أم ان سلطه الشخص أهم من الوطن نفسه ومواطنيه؟
يسئل مثقفى العرب من هو اللذى يقاطع وحده العرب وتناغمهم ثقافيا وبشريا معا لتقدمهم سياسيا, و اقتصاديا, وعلميا بل وانتمائيا للأصاله العروبه؟ من اللذى دمر العراق واضعف قوه توحدها الاممى يسأل محمد حسن هيكل وأخرون مثلا؟ ومن اللذى لايجد بلاغه السياسه الدبلوماسيه ويتلاعب بالشأن الفلسطينى العربى وبدم الفلسطينين ولمصلحه من ضياع القدس العربيه واستمرار التهديد الامنى والاقتصادى للعالم العربى؟ ان المثقفين العرب مسؤلين لابراز الوقائع وتداول النقاش والتسائلات لمصائر أمتهم العربيه ويسئلوا عنما اذا كان اشعب العربى يحكم نفسه أو من يحكم العرب بالضبط؟؟؟؟ ... لماذا ينتظر من عبامه حسين حل مشاكل العرب حتى الاقتصاديه منها والعمله وحمايه قاداتهم من الارهاب ومن التغير , ومن اللذى لا ينشى ابنا الوطن؟ من اللذى يقاطع الاعتماد على الذات وشلل امه اقرأ عن الفكر والثقه بالنفس ومن تحسين الاكتفاء الاقتصادى الذاتى؟ من اللذى عودنا عدم الاعتماد على النفس من بعد ما كانوا العرب مكتفين اقتصاديا بالزراعه والصناعه قبل الاستعمار والى عهد قريب؟ من هو اليوم يكرس تبعيه اقتصاديه فاشله لعملات أجنبيه متعدده من غيراعتماد الخاصيه الامميه للعمله "كا الدينار العربى عمله موحده مستقله ولتحسين الاقتصاد؟" أليس فى هذااجحاف فى حق هذا الشعب بل واثم يرتكب بحق العامه من قبل المكلفين باتخاذ القرار؟ أين يجد العربى نفسه بين الامم ومن المسؤل على التكالب ضده واستحلااله وثرواته؟ من أضعف الانسان العربى الى حد عدم قدرته الدفاع عن نفسه وعيشه, ولماذا؟ لماذا القائد العربى لم يستمد قوته وقراره من وبشعبه؟

من هو المؤمن بيننا من غير ذاك اللذىل لا قلب له, لايرحم الفقراء بيننا؟ ألم ينصحنا الاسلام ان نشارك جارنا قدر المرقه واشراك ناسنا بالسرا والضرأ؟ من لا يخجل من تصوير الاجانب لااطفال العرب وهم يلتقطون فتات الخبز من تحت الاقدام لرد جوعهم وتنشر فى صحف العالم؟ أغلبيه العرب معدمين وأميين ومسلوبين, ليست لهم الاراده فى الاشتراك بحل أمورهم السياسيه والاجتماعيه والاقتصاديه, والعر يشمل, فلا غنى وصاحب مال, علم, الكل تحت اسم العرب , حالهم وسمعتهم بالحضيض فى غياب القائد الممثل ,المتكلم, المجادل بالمنطق لتوضيح الخطى من الصواب للعالم؟ أو أن مايجرى القائد العربى ليس طرف فيه؟. ولهذا البسبب وبسسبب غياب المسؤليه العربيه الرسميه, ادى الى العدى العالمى للعرب كافه وللاسلام. ومن الحكمه اننا فى هذا وفى السوى نحن موحدين من قبل الغير.
ماهو السسبب فى الشلل المتسبب فى خلل توضيع الاقتصاد لرفع العرب مصالحهم وكرامتهم كا أمه ؟ من هو اللذى يقبل ان يرى أطفال العرب جهلاء علم وجهلاء مصير ومعدمين ؟ من المسؤل على تشريد علمائنا ونخبه الرجال والنساء من خدمه الاوطان ومن بيننا محتاج؟
من من قاداتنا مسؤل على حصارنا نحن العرب عن افاده بعضنا البعض بالعلوم والخبرات فى هذا العصر وهل لا يكفى الا أن يفرض الغبأ على الجيران والمسلمين؟
صراحه قولوا لى من, من المسؤل على تجهيل العرب ليفخروا بمصنعات الغير بين أيديهم وعلى مضض بمضارأ و منافع لهم ولاقتصادهم؟

من هوالاميرأو الرئيس اللذى من موقع الامانه والمسؤليه يستطيع, ولكنه لا يملك تنفيذ قراره لشعبه؟ من يستطيع ترك كرامته العربيه والاسم "عربى " أين كرامه وشرف العرب من نسا العرب بين الدبابات ونيران الحروب وفى مهاب الرياح فى الصحا رى والودين وهل لايزال يفخر بعروبيته؟ قال الفيلسوف ديكارت, " أنا موجود, ولكنى لاأدرى اذا ما كنت انا فعلا موجود", فهل العربى حاضر و موجود؟ من قسم ويقسم اليوم اوطاننا مرات ومرات ومن يزرع بيننا وبين ابنا الحاشيه الواحده الفرقه والعداوات؟ أليست الحروب.....وللحرب البارده لها اكبر اثرطر. وهل لقاداتنا فيها قرار ... وهل للشعب راى!!! والا فكيف يستتب امن واستقرار امتننا ووحده أبنائها؟. هل القاده الاقويا أقويا بشعوبهم اللين يختارهم أم بالغيرهم يستعبدون ؟
. من غير الائق لدوله ما من دول العرب و المسلمين التذكير أو استخدام تعدد المذاهب للتعريف والتفيق بين ابنائها " الشيعة الشوافع السنة , أو الجنوب الشمال مثل هذه التفاصيل ما هى الا لتسبيب أو تفعيل نزاع ما بين ابنا القطر الواحد أ وأبنأ العرب . هذه الا عمال هى استعماريه "فرق تسد" استخدمت لتمكين الاستعمار من اضعاف الحس الوطنى لاحتلال الشعوب وسياستهم "فرق تسد" ولا أحدا يجهل هذا فهل الحكام العرب اليوم حريصين على الحس الوطنى العربى بين الناس بدون شلليات والتقليل من أهميه الهويه العليا والاكثر شموليه وهو "عربى", ثم قد تكون التسميات يمنى خليجى سعودى, عراقى من دون استخدام التسميات المناطقيه او الفئويه. لكى يتمكن الناس معا انجاح مجتمعاتهم واللتى تنظوى تحت المسمى الجامع "عربى" الاسم اللذى ان كان سلبا أو اجابا, يجازى فى ظله اى مواطن عربى فى العالم. واللذى بموجبه يعود الضرر او النفع عالى العرب جميعا. فمن المسؤل على التوعيه الحميمه والفهم ؟..

ولكن هل نملك قراراتنا من اصغرها الى اكبرها وتوافهها وهل يطلع المواطن على قرارات مصيره؟ ان لم, فمن يحاسب ومن المسؤل على كامل استقلاللنا من عبوديتنا لكى نملك قراراتنا؟ ومن المسؤل على الاحتلال والحروب وتنميه الجهاد فى غير محل الجهاد؟ ومن المسؤل على سمعتنا أوقاتنا التى تهدر هباء, ومن المسؤل على سجون وقتل شباب العرب؟ والى أين نحن ذاهبون؟
وهل استردينا بالحرب البارده فلسطين؟

ردوا عليا قولوا لى يا ناس من ذا اللذى لهذا الحد لآ يريد لهذه الامه الصلاح أو له ولاسمه اذا ما كان من ضمن هذه الامه, وقولوا لى لماذا اذا ما كان ما نحن فيه عرب اليوم هو من الذكاء والحرص وحسن البديه والعمل التضامنى العربى أم هو غباء أوأنانيه فرديه ضيقه واللذي لا تليق بالحاكم والحكمه ما الحل اذا قولولى!!!

، لماذ المثقفين العرب لم يناقشوا بجديه مواضع مماثله مصيريه بشكل وافى وبالحاح بل وبفرض أفكارهم الغنيه لتفهيم العامه من الناس بحقائق قضايهم؟
لماذا لا نناقش ما هيه القاعده ونحضر ما هيه أصولها ومن بدأها من العرب والاجانب فى كل حاله تسببه ما تسمى بالقاعده بل ونحضره فى كل مواضيعنا ذات العلاقه. لماذا لانسئل ماذا يريدون ونناقش مطالبهم بالمفتوح. لماذا يسموا المعارضين لحكومات العرب بالقاعده ويخلط الحابل بالنابل؟
ولماذا لم يتم التفاهم معهم على مستوى حكوماتهم؟
هناك أسئله كثيره لا تناقش باستفاظه رغم أهميتها!!!لماذا؟؟؟؟أو أن هناك مغازى لابقا دوله العرب ضعيفه والعرب فى حاله جوع وفقر ومرض, و فى مستشفيات اجنبيه يتعالج فيها من استطاع اليه سبيلا. أن الادعاء بالاستحياء أو الخوف من عدم توضيح الحقائق هو موضع فشل الحاكم والشعب معا والمثقفين مسؤلين عن هذا أن اخفا الاجابات على هذه الاسئله هو تعويم للمواطن وتغطيه لحقائق الامور التى تمسه أكثر

من الحاكم. وهذا يقترن بافشال الشعب العربى وتقويض قدرته على تغير قيادته الغير

Throughout generations history teaches us life. Yet, we form life mutational occurrence around us that decides our destiny. In our time, few individuals and organizations control the available human sources to overstep the masses' self-determination and human dignity mostly women. More severally, is, the women in the Arab world. Despite of Arab history of democracy, today the people and the government are not connected, they do not know their needs, or if they are responsible for each other because there is no electrons now. Therefore, the Arab nation is divided and lost.

Government effects humans life. Education, war, peace, the water we drink, the air we breathe, jobs, health, public safety, and all. Arab men and women need to stand for themselves. The masses, men and women want to participate in building their society through decision making process, people want to be counted, in the world and have the voice of free choice to create a dignified leadership. The missing of leadership including the participatory choices, lead men to clime deeper religious strength and practicing some colonial abrasive culture on women instead. During and after the colonial era, the weak one leader or men in general do not want to acknowledge women's leadership of the past because even men could not reach it in the Arab world. The one leader govern is not to his benefit to free education or educate the nation on women's history or even on the good culture and democracy that women established in the Arab region.

When asked how come, he said, "Because I never do anything until I consult them, astasheeruhum." It is also said that Arab noblemen used to be greatly distressed if a matter was decided without their Shura. Non-Arabs also practiced it. Qur'an narrates: "She (the Queen of Sheba) said: O chieftains! Lo pronounce for me in my case. I decide no Case till you are present with me” (An-Namal: 31, 32, and 33). This particular context was after she had read the letter of Prophet Solomon to her people that he asked her to become believer, Muslims.

Such principle of Shura, democracy and the considerable traditional of women rule are missing now. There isn’t any reference to history, religion, or promises of a any political constitution such as the case of Yemen and Egypt. These two countries’ presidents are in power for more than 30 years for instance. Decision should be mad democratically by the people, if not these few leaders should be held accountable in front of the world community, and the United Nations. Any decision or rule arbitrarily made without the people's consents can be illegal. Who can be responsible for human's rights, or the undemocratic regimes? Other nations should not deal with such leaders. If they are over stated their time in position with too much troubles, their decision should be illegally to be made,, and should not be taken into consideration by any government.

I begin to think about my task in life when I felt alone that my mother had to work as the only parent when my father traveled far a way for many years. I could be living in the dark if I did not insisted on education. I could be where I would not be able to see or be aware of facts around me that I see now. I did not understand why there weren’t schools or for what reason women like my mother and her neighbors weren’t educated. I did not know whey we did not have a responsible democratic government despite our great history of women and the presented democratic rule.

SANAA, 6 December 2005 — A conference on women’s rights in the Arab world concluded in the Yemeni capital Sanaa yesterday by calling Arab governments to ensure an active r ole for women in the decision-making posts by adopting a quota system.

The three-day meeting that brought together more than 300 representatives of governments and civil society organizations from Arab and European countries called their statement the “Sanaa Declaration”.

The conference was chaired by Yemeni Human Rights Minister Amat Al-Aleem Ali Alsoswa, the country’s first female minister. In remarks to the conference, she called for fighting against women’s illiteracy and “guaranteeing (women’s) participation in political life.”

Delegates from Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia, Morocco and Sudan were joined by others from the US, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.

As the last regional quota workshop in the IDEA series, the Cairo workshop provided a forum to critically examine the use of quotas and/or other mechanisms to increase the political representation of women by presenting experiences and best practices from the Arab World. A range of case studies and precedents from other contexts were included to inform proceedings, so as to offer examples of strategies that work as well as emerging evidence of best practices. The minimal political participation of Arab women is widely recognised, and measures to ensure that women play a more active role in public life are now becoming a high priority among Arab women activists and organisations concerned with the advancement of women. The outcomes of this activity will be a report on the status of quota implementation in the region, together with recommendations on how to advance women's representation in the Arab World by working with political parties, women's organisations, international and regional organisations and other stakeholders.

This can be accomplished with joint collective efforts from the people, “us.” For this, we need to unite our scattered voices for an Arab Sura Foundation (ASF) as an independent initiative by you, the people in and outside the region. As regional connection, Arab Americas, Arab political refugees, students, Arab intellectuals every where can spread the sura influence in and outside the region. They will be able to gather, guide, and support to praise, and credit the democratic initiative to continue inform Arab around the globe. Steps will foster transition and implement the democratic Shura rule in the Arab world. The mechanisms by which (ASF) can accomplish its aim are strategic grant–making, augmented by advocacy; networking and knowledge transfer with secure and safe cooperation of the current rule of leadership. Those who feel the responsibility and seek to fix the situation of their people no one, but you can. This is the way; and the only way; the making is in the hands of the people. Get involve, plan, create groups for meetings and discussions. It will be essential to collect supporting signature suggested to be over one million Arab American’s supporter signature to prove the serious need of change and of a democratic rule in the Arab World.

This Groundwork believes in its main impact that lies in stimulating innovative support within free thought in the Arab civil society and citizenship. Groups will participate in high level public policy debates to prepare their societies for a transition to democratic Shura governance, work against all forms of social and political exclusion, and increase their best ability to serve their region. Likewise, in history, the Arab people changed the world through science; and when men or women ruled and served. Well-informed Arabs demand the best of life for their people. Self-determination was rooted in their history, and rights within the contemporary international law. Arab people see human Equality and accountability as their only way. They can not continue to believe that democracy and women’s leadership are unheard of in their region or women are unable to govern. We know Al-Shura and the Arab “Mubaiaa;” they choose their leaders in Makkah and Medina. We also know that women governed and led in all areas of life. Let us mention the women’s status before Islam and read about women during and after the time of Mohammed (peace be upon him) and his wives. Remember the Queens of the Arabin-failk-Yemen, Queen Asma, Queen Arwa, and all the others in Arab-Al-Sham, Syria, and the queens of Egypt. But why and who can tell the Arab people to forget the world’s greatest Queen Balkis and her Democratic Shura rule in the Kingdom of Sheba? This was not only mentioned in human’s history, but it is mentioned in the Bible and the Quraan, Sorah Al-naml (P.379).

In front of the world, we Arab men and women ask you all, Arab leaders to listen to our call with respect and understanding of the era. Power sharing is people’s right, we ask you to transfer power sooner than later if you still think you love your people. Citizens can only be governed by their consent. You can no longer continue elections without interference. It is time; you have to accept equal rights to all through self-determination and women’s equal political leadership.

The absence of self-determination and democratization is contributed to by the fact that Arab people are blocked from having input into their economy or into their educational enrichment. This lead to the abnormality of life we currently have. Among all, women’s deprivation is a great economical and social loss. Women are more than half of the society. The Arab World today is in its greatest turmoil. People need to organize and extend campaigns to reach millions of the economically and politically isolated voices. All who care including Arab leaders need to mobilize strategies within the Arab body where ever they are; and through all channels of social networking using advocacy as a tool in connecting regional experiences. We need to build solidarity for this mission and women will participate effectively in this process.

Our demand is not for something new or strange; its legality corresponds with the United Nation Charter of Nations’ Rights to Self-Determination, Equality, and Human Rights Charter that most Arab leaders signed. It communicates with the last two United State’s Presidents calls for the need of the democratization and equal rights in the Arab World. Arab leaders, intellectuals such as those of the Doha Conference on Arab Reform and Democracy, and the masses of the Arab people call for the democratic rule. This call is a principle to continue further until proven its true reality. We will be pleased to receive support from Washington DC and the Arab leaders. We need the support of the American people, the International Human Rights Organizations, the world’s leaders, and all of those who love freedom and human steadiness.

Many of us know the truth and the sad situation of the Arab People. The majority are unable to feed or educate their children. Their leaders are unresponsive because they do not seek people’s consent or votes; and they are afraid of improvement or social change. As we gather together and commit to success in this mission, we will need continual support and funds. Wherever you are or whatever your situation, as citizens, immigrants, or mostly Arab refugees, come together to change hopelessness into a meaningful life. Freedom and a democratic rule in your region, is not much to ask for in this twenty first century. This is a human rights issue.

Arab Americans under the United States constitutional obligations and rights within the value of democracy and human rights that unmissed throughout the Presidents’ words that we extend upon to foster an indispensable timely necessity. It is our rights to choose our leaders in the Arab World. As so, and as Arab Americans, we will continue to follow until we see results of President Barak Obama’s Cairo’s call upon Arab leaders to “govern by people’s consent.” We have not seen a respond yet. Mr. President, we are solidly interconnected to one another even under different circumstances; in one way or another, we have one planet together. As masses and as individuals, we are abused. Among us are many who had a chance to leave their first home due to deprivation and autocratic oppression.

1. We politely ask you Mr. President to continue your diplomatic-call and support our peaceful demand to achieve our citizenship rights. We ask the United States Congress and the diplomatic channels to maintain the last two United States President’s words calling for free democratic rule in the Arab World. We ask you to support women rights and encourage, and add your voices to ours as national and international concerns to human and political rights. It is right to stop all sort of diplomatic relations and all special materialistic supplies to all Arab rulers who insist to continue the abusive misconduct rule of one family that continues to disregard the nation and the international laws.

2. Similarly, we ask the United Nations and its international channels, represented by the nations of the world, to support this educational peaceful effort. No one has right to make additional troubles, but we ask to cut off the current Arab rulers’ UN membership; they have failed to perform the International Charter of equality and human rights.

3. We especially ask the International Human Rights Department to look deeply beyond leaders’ wealth, and into the situation of the unbearable Arab women and children’s situation. The masses are depraved of education and are poor with all the consequence. Through its studies, the United Nations knows this so well.

4. According to the human devastation that has taken place, the societies are in danger with relations with the current Arab World. All the Arab people and the people of the world have to realize the danger and join in a cooperative effort to address the problems. To the world, Arab leaders, and to all of those who want to join this serious call for leadership change, we say this is not only about the Arab World; it is about humankind and the world.

Unemployment in Arab countries is the highest in the world and threatens to spread poverty in the Arab world, the Khaleej Times daily reported in Abu Dhabi Saturday.
Taleb Rifai, regional director of the International Labour Organization (ILO), was quoted as saying that Arab countries suffer from a very high rate of unemployment that is twice as much as the international rate and among the highest in the world. Currently on a visit to the Unite Arab Emirates (UAE), Rifai noted the population structure in the Arab countries with the young accounting for 50 percent of the total worsens the situation.
The high percentage of the young people is anticipated to put more pressure on future job demands, said Rifai, predicting millions of jobs will be required in the coming 10 years.
Meanwhile, this situation would also result in a state of underemployment in the Arab countries as most people will be forced to take up jobs for low compensation packages that do not suit their qualifications, which would further result in increased poverty, Rifai said.
The most-affected segment of the society would be the marginalized groups, including women, children, people with special needs and the minorities, warned the labor expert.
He suggested that if there were no justifications for a particular volume of business, there is no need for issuing new employment visas in Arab countries, said the daily.

In 6 July 08, India lunched Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata: UNV and The Times of India newspaper are cooperating to mobilize volunteer teachers in four major Indian cities to encounter 24 million children without education. We Arab people can educate our children; we are in disparate need to involve similar programs in the Arab States.

In the Arab world there are millions of children aged 6 to 10 are not attending school. They are between no schools at all, dropout rates, and high adult illiteracy. The Arab people and the Rich Arab States and individuals can support an educational program such as this. It calls: Times of the Arab region' Teach the Arab World campaign is designed to increase access to primary-level education by matching volunteers to educational NGOs in their local areas. The Creation of an Arab Joint-Cooperative Techno-Educational Project:

Al-Arab Techno-education

To the creation of Al-Arab Techno-education association, I and my Arab Group of Women as mothers, sisters, and waives, send an important call to you Arab people; individuals and governments need to come together to be. It is you who can elevate back your noble name high up when you work as one with every one of your people. Their honorable or dishonorable name is yours, “the Arab.” If selfishly alone who is governing, and you alone who is gaining, you are dumped with your tiny hated-bad name alone and left your people ever in the darkness. What you worth, if you do not create your own Arab skilled independent society of men and women rather than shameful-states? Wars, mismanagement, and the educational deprivation are hindering the Arab ability from world updating. They are among the most dependence-disadvantageous and less producer nation in the centaury.

We can help each-other and every individual to be independent, make a difference, and honor our Arab name and our great history. So, our money and the labor need to find and serve each other. Some say, “put your money where your moth is.’ Al-Arab Techno-education association can be the best big technological and Vocational center the Arab have ever had. Thus, it needs financing, donating technological tools, such as computers, or volunteer as teachers and administrators.

The Arab women are the creators of the core of the Arab societies and yet are the most deprived, where this alteration needs to assemble. The subjected project calls: Al-Arab Techno-education. To this significant, I, Shafika N. Al. Gumaee along with Fuzzia Noman and other women who experienced nation responsibilities, and witnessed the needs as senior political and human rights activists in Yemen and the Arab World, propos this plan and call on every one of you to join. Together, we can take parts in the establishment of Al-Arab Techno-education to bring it to life. Its first creation can be demonstrated in Yemen to be spread in a more populated and poor Arab areas, and in some small institutes or homes.

It’ll eventually spread equally in rich and poor-distance-in the Arab cities and towns to satisfy the growing needs of jobs, to end homelessness, and the lake of malnutrition among the mass. Millions of young children and Arab women are facing cruel and inhuman life today that we all are responsible for; yet, many of us do not want to see or hear. Unlike other nations, young Arab are unable to get their hand on a computer in school or other ways. Consequently, the expectation of development is largely poor, and it hurts us all. The aim is to start a nation-building to left-up the Arab people and Arab reputation in the world. Together, and with the welling, we will enrich and advance this project to make it a reality for the Arab nation.
